Pawsability Taught Me to Become a Professional Dog Trainer
"I enrolled in Competition Obedience classes in Canada with Pawsability. All the hard work eventually paid off. With my first Labrador, Dutchess Hope Of Golden Lake, we placed in all four trials (both Canadian and American) with two firsts and two seconds(Canadian Trials and Two Firsts and One Third Place in American Trials).
This changed my life as I decided to enroll in dog training school and learn to be a dog trainer. Linda and I worked together in training dogs, training some of the toughest dogs and curing the most undesirable behavior problems. Thanks to Linda Pearson, I am now fully qualified. Please see my website to read more." www.geocities.com/goldenpathlabradors/

Simon The Rottweiler
Controlling my Rottweilers
"Finding Linda Pearson was a God send. I had a very energetic young curious male Rottweiler, Simon, and as I later found out, was exerting his dominance over all the humans in the house hold. I must say he was not what we call a bad dog in any way. He just needed to be controlled and demoted. I was desperate as even taking him for walks was a gargantuan task in it self. I phoned Linda for some much needed help. I had another female Rottie, Eden, and we actually started with her. The way Linda had them responding in an impressively short space of time was truly amazing. In that first evening we covered walking on a leash, sit, come and we started the down. We also discussed the male, Simon. She gave me ways to demote his rank and show him “every thing you want you can’t get” and gave me a training regime to do before the next class. Well seeing those results after the first day I was going to do my home work like if I was back in school. Needless to say, I have reaped the rewards ever since. It was definitely worth every penny."

Bolting Out The Gate
"I have a very rambunctious and over-exuberated Bull Mastiff/Rotti Cross. Every time I opened the front gate, he would bolt past me knocking me out the way. Linda showed me a very quick and effective method to preventing this behavior. It only took literally seconds. Now my Sensy sits obediently and waits."

Cat & Chicken Killer
"A stray dog kept coming into our garden - my girlfriend really wanted to keep him but he was killing the chickens in our neighborhood and trying to kill our cats. We attempted training him without assistance but to no avail. Pawsability supplied us with a program that after two weeks, the dog had learnt to avoid such temptation. Pickle is a Jack Russell Cross. We thought it was in his nature to hunt so we worried we couldn't change this instinctual behavior. Thanks to Linda and her team - Pickle is now our permanent pet and is excepted by our cat family and in our local community!".

Group Training - Learning Recall
"My dog Frisky is a house dog but also lives freely around my local area. Being he was an adopted stray - he wasn't responsive to the COME command. After attending a basic obedience group training session - I learnt the correct tone and procedure of the recall method. Group training was a fun and great experience - for both myself and my dog. I would truly recommend it to anyone. Frisky also got to make lots of doggy friends - this was fantastic for his social skills".

Who Says Dogs and Cats Can't be Friends?
"We adopted two kittens from The Hope Sanctuary 'Rude Boy and G Funk'. Our Ridgeback 'Paddy' was not accustomed to cats and instinctively wanted to harm them. We kept the kittens separated from our dog which was proving to be very time consuming and impractical. Linda demonstrated a daily training programme to create household harmony. After just two weeks - Paddy and the kittens were friends and now even play together."

Introducing a New Dog to an Aggressive Dog
"Linda visited my home when I wanted to add a stray male to my pack which includes Tanner, the aggressive Ridgeback. Linda showed me how to change my behavior. around the dogs and how to correct Tanner before the aggression started. We all are now one big happy pack family and enjoy our time together. Tanner even tries to play with Jack these days although the latter "politely declines" given Tanners size.....!!"
